Been checking out new homes lately and I caught my eyes on one that hubby and I really like – so we contacted raleigh commercial real estate attorney to help us. Finding an attorney and a agent isn’t that hard in this town. We talked to the in-laws about our decision and they think it’s the right time for us to finally own a home. I’m getting more and more excited because we are getting closer and closer!

Woohoo  – it’s weekend already and we are heading shopping! I love shopping and this time around we are shopping for a truck cover for my hubby’s new truck. Yep – we got a truck so we can go for long distance trips. It’ll be more convenient moving furniture or bigger items. A regular car won’t fit much – so this truck is a great investment!

We are starting to look at playsets at backyardplayground.net these couple of days – planning to purchase a play set for the munchkin to play. I’m not too fond of the ones at the park because of germs and everything. So having our own will be the best. Especially that our munchkin is still so young. I don’t want him to get sick easily. After checking out many websites of play sets – we realized these play sets can be quite pricey eh! We’ll definitely need to do more research for sure. Any recommendations?

While visiting the Music Center in the city yesterday – I joined the  drumsticks guitar center for fun for an hour. To my surprise – playing with drums and guitars can be quite fun. An expensive hobby indeed. I had a lot of fun that one hour in the center. Probably just a one time thing because it’s quite expensive taking lessons.

I got everything all planned out for Father’s Day already! Yep – just 3 months ahead with schedule but I know what I’m getting him. I’m getting him a torch lighter – it’s super cool looking. Hopefully he’ll like this years present I’m getting him. Not a pricy gift but definitely it will be an useful gift for him. What are you getting your father or other half’s father?

I had enough with winter – so please go away! When winter is around – my skin is as worst as an orange peel. No kidding – I’m so tired dealing with my dry skin that peels non-stop. My friend recommended me to use dr hauschka and it worked for quite sometime. It’s a bit on the pricier side but it works. I hope spring comes soon – so I no longer need to use this expensive skin care line.

when buying a home is expensive – don’t forget that there’s a lot of stuff you need to get for your home. One of the things on my bucket list to do is to head to Reid Supply hardware to check out their tools. Having tools at home is important – it’s just handy when you need them. There’s a lot more stuff we need to look at too.

Surprises me how Snooki is a mother now !! Why am I so surprised? Well by watching four seasons of Jersey Shore and the way she acts is kinda crazy to me. Now that she is a mother? I wish her the best of luck. I hope she changed from a party/ slut girl that sleep around with guys to a very loving mother. I just can’t forget the reality show of how she acted.

A lot of birthdays this month and this is one of them. We celebrated our friends birthday yesterday at Baton Rouge. It was a blast – we gave her a set of guitar pedals for her guitars. I know it’s something that will be useful for her to have. We spent about two hours chit chatting throughout dinner. I love relaxing dinners like this – no rush and nothing to worry about. Only if we can have ore of these – but with our busy schedule – things like these are hard to have.

That’s right – one of my 2013 goal is to work on a fitness plan for myself. Just the other day – I bought myself yoga bolsters – so I can start taking yoga classes with a friend. Hopefully I will be motivated and go to every class. I can’t stand looking at the blubber on my stomach. It’s depressing and I gotta take actions soon before the weight keeps going up!
